Our Polish Branch is part of the Societe Generale Group, one of the world's leading financial institutions with 160 years of tradition, employing 117,000 people in 66 countries. We have been present in Poland for more than 30 years, specializing in corporate and investment banking. We have also been providing shared services to the Group in the areas of risk management, customer service, Know Your Customer (KYC), IT and payments. We operate locally, working closely with our international teams of experts, building on our collective experience and acquired skills.

Our four shared values

In a changing world, we support all our clients with a true spirit of teamwork. As a responsible and trusted partner, we provide the ability to listen to their needs, flexibility and complementary expertise. We work with our clients the way our teams work together: listening, co-creating, valuing each person's contribution to the work we do, and experiencing both our successes and failures together.

We are constantly improving our relationship with our customers, using technological innovation and embracing collaboration to adapt our solutions and practices to the applications of tomorrow. In keeping with the spirit of entrepreneurship, we are changing the way we work, innovating by sharing, experimenting and breaking down barriers. We learn from both our successes and failures.

Our responsibility and corporate ethics are about meeting the diverse needs of our customers while safeguarding the long-term interests of all our stakeholders. It is also our willingness to be accountable for our actions and decisions and to express our opinions in a transparent manner. We place as much importance on how we achieve results as on the results themselves.

Our employees are fully committed to contributing to the success of our customers. We encourage everyone to be fully engaged to become professionally fulfilled. We nurture relationships based on trust and mutual respect both externally and internally. Satisfaction of our clients, resulting from the knowledge and skills of our specialists, is a source of motivation for our further development and activities.

Societe Generale encourages its employees to support non-profit organisations both in France and around the world. In Poland, we are currently working with two partner NGOs: Fundacja Dobrych Inicjatyw and Stowarzyszenie Aslan, with the aim of supporting the education of children and young people against social exclusion.

More about our partner organisations

Our volunteer programs are drivers for social good that extend the Bank's practical reach. These drivers are essential for putting our values into practice.

Our benefits

  • extensive medical care package for employees, their families and relatives
  • life and accident insurance
  • employer co-payment for Multisport card
  • hybrid work model: 2 days in the office, 2 days from home, 1 day based on manager's decision
  • wide range of trainings and language courses
  • holiday and Christmas benefits sponsored through company social benefits fund
  • participation in employee volunteering programs and in solidarity actions during the whole year

Inclusion and diversity

Diversity is a topic of particular importance to us: with 117,000 employees worldwide, at the Group we respect the identity of each and every one of them.

We see this as our greatest strength: the intermingling of cultures, the mix of viewpoints and personalities to move forward together.
